How to Stay Hydrated in the Summer

Summer activites are endless, but in the recent extreme heat the risk of dehydration has increased. The body loses water naturally through sweating, breathing and going to the bathroom. Dehydration is the excessive loss of water from the body, and can become a major issue. People may not recognize the symptoms until they are already dehydrated. It is extremely important to balance this loss especially during these hot, summer months.
